Debbie Banton

Debbie Banton passed away peacefully on July 21st, 2025. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Beryl Burns and Victor Banton. We find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with them—most likely in a beautiful garden, tending to flowers under the sun, just as she always loved.

Debbie leaves behind a heartbroken but grateful family: her devoted sister, Dianne; her deeply loved nieces and nephew, Kim (Kyle), Ryan, and Stacey (Carlo); and her cherished great-nephew and niece, Rory and Kacey.

She was the strongest person we knew—quietly brave, endlessly generous, and full of warmth. Debbie fought with everything she had to stay with us, never losing her gentle spirit or her deep love for others. She gave selflessly, loved deeply, and made the world feel a little kinder just by being in it.

Resting at the Salon Funéraire Roland Ménard, 395 rue Grâce, Lachute, Qc. Visitation on Saturday, July 26th, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m., after which Debbie will be laid to rest at the Parish Cemetery in Huberdeau, Qc. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
