Jeffrey Lynn "Frogger" Stout passed on May 9, 2026, at the age of 61. He was born on October 22, 1964, at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI.
On August 28, 1992, Jeff married Debra Atwood. He will be remembered fondly as the godfather to Megan, Brandi, and Jordan and by their parents, Russ and Heather.
Jeff loved all kinds of music, fishing for bass, and being with family and friends. He was a die hard Detroit Lions fan, sticking to them through good times and bad.
He was good with his hands and had many manufacturing jobs during his career. He did everything from assembling power washer machines to installing HVAC to assembling coin operated vacuums for Doyle. His last job was a plastic injection molding machine operator for Bruco Company.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Atwood-Stout of Grand Rapids, MI; brother, Curtis Stout (Melody) of Beavertown, MI; sister, Connie Perkins of Tampa, FL; in laws, Jim Atwood (Gisela) of Grand Rapids, MI, David Atwood of Lowell, MI, and Catrina Emmons (Jeff) of Grandville, MI; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and life long friends, all of who will miss him dearly.
An open house style Celebration of Life will be held for Jeff on June 6, 2026 from 3pm to 8pm at his residence in Grand Rapids, MI.
