Karen Ken Marcum, 69, of Killeen, passed on May 3, 2026, at her home. She was born March 29, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio to Betty and Kenny Watts.
Karen grew up in Huntington, West Virginia and graduated from Vinson High School. She married Charles Marcum on 29 December 1986.
She worked for HEB for 17 years as a Central Checkout Manager and 8 years at Walmart.
Preceding her in death is a son, Jason Marcum.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Charles Marcum, daughter, Laranda Dowden, son-in-law, Jerrel Dowden, two grandchildren, Rex and Darian Conn and great grandson, Kyree Conn.
Visitation will be held at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 South Fort Hood Road, Killeen, Texas, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A graveside service is scheduled at 9:00 am. Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, Texas 76542.
