Mrs. Joan Gibson Watts

1933-2026

On February 11th, 2026 Joan (Gibson) Watts of Lachine Quebec, had her last sunrise at the age of 93. Wife of the late Bill Watts. Mother of Wendy (Luciano), Colleen (Gary), Kelly (Samuel), and Kerry. Proud grandmother to Valerie (Jason), Natalie (Mathieu), Kimberlie (Michael), Ryan (Kateryna), Natasha, Samantha, Ashley (Jehad), Alex, Jamie, Patrick (Pamela).

Great-Grandmother to Rachel, Megan, William, Benjamin, Nicolas, Viktor, Violet and Sophie.

Also survived by brothers and sisters and many lifelong friends.

She loved life and living it to the fullest. Country music brought her so much joy but nothing made her happier or prouder than her family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her everything. She will be greatly missed.

Please join us in celebrating her life on Saturday, February 21st between 13:00 and 14:00 for visitation. A eulogy and final prayer service will commence at 14:00 followed by refreshments at J J Cardinal Funeral Home located at 2125 Rue Notre Dame, Lachine, QC H8S 2G5.
