Lois Helen Steinberg (née Kutzman)

Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the age of ninety-seven. Wife of Maurice “Sonny” Steinberg for seventy years. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Lorne and Anna, Richard and Jenny, and Lisa and Barry. Cherished grandmother of Olivia Steinberg, Haley Steinberg, Alex Steinberg, Lucas Cohen, and Michelle Cohen. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Herbert Kutzman and Elaine Sugarman. Lois will be missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Lois had a remarkable ability to take a sincere interest in others, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives. Her children and grandchildren cherish the memories they shared with her, and former students at Beth Rivkah Academy and Herzliah High School remember her fondly as their teacher, even decades later.
