Rose E. Maney, 68, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026. Born and raised in Cleveland, Rose was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas J. Maney and Kathleen Barnes Maney.
Rose was the devoted and loving sister of Kate Maney of Illinois; cherished niece of Patricia Finnerty (John, deceased) and Jerome Barnes; and a dear cousin and treasured friend to many.
Her family finds comfort in knowing Rose was surrounded by kindness and compassionate care throughout the last years of her life. They extend their deepest gratitude to the caregivers and staff of Meadow Falls Senior Living (formerly Rocky River Village) and Gentiva Hospice for the extraordinary love, dignity, and support they provided to Rose over the past four years. Their compassion brought comfort not only to Rose, but also to all who loved her.
All services will be private. Rose will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park, Ohio, with her beloved mother and father. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
