Sherrie Rennie Rizzio, age 91, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on May 4, 2026. Born on December 21, 1934, to Marion Jensen Cox and William Rennie, Sherrie was a woman of remarkable strength and character.
She was the beloved wife of Frank Rizzio, who preceded her in death in 2016. A deeply meaningful part of Sherrie’s life was her 46-year journey and her dedication to sobriety and the fellowship she found there was a testament to her resilient spirit.
Sherrie’s memory will be cherished by her family and friends, including Lynn and Deb Jensen; Phil and Sue Rizzio; Anthony and Charvelle Rizzio; Teresa, Michael and Devina Bruno; Teri York; Dusty Ditmars; Wesley Rough; and the late Chris Stell. Her legacy continues through her 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held at Saint Andrew Lutheran Church, 8901 Del Webb Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89134, on May 29, 2026, at 1:00 pm with a Reception to follow until to 3:00 pm.
