La Coopérative funéraire du Témiscamingue vous informe du décès de Monsieur Wallace Tepiscum de Kebaowek. Il est décédé le 16 mars 2026 à l’âge de 85 ans.

Monsieur Wallace Tepiscum laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : son beau-fils Lance Haymond et ses filles Lois and Lori Tepiscum. Il laisse également ses petits-enfants ; Logan, Zachery et Ryan Haymond, Tiana et Alicia Jalabois, McKinney, Clara et Mallory Tepiscum, ses arrière-petits-enfants; Jayde Shori, Lillian Young, Harrison Haymond et Raine Smith Tepiscum.

Il est parti rejoindre ses parents Michael Constant et Josephine Tebiscon ainsi que son épouse Marion Samuel.

La cérémonie sera annoncée par la famille à une date ultérieure.

Wallace Tepiscum, 85, of Kebaowek First Nation, began his journey to the spirit world on March 16, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. A respected hunter, trapper and fishing guide, Wallace was also a fluent speaker of the Algonquin language. He will be remembered for his deep connection to the land, his wisdom and his lifelong dedication to his culture and community.

He was predeceased by his parents, Michael Constant and Josephine Tebiscon and his wife Marion Samuel.

Wallace is lovingly remembered by his children : step son Lance Haymond, Lois and Lori Tepiscum.

He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Logan, Zachery and Ryan Haymond, Tiana and Alicia Jalabois, McKinney, Clara and Mallory Tepiscum : and his great-grandchildren : Jayde Shori, Lillian Young, Harrison Haymond and Raine Smith Tepiscum.

A service will be held at a later date.

In Memory in lieu of flowers, donations in Wallace’s memory may be made to the alzheimer Society.
