Carole Batt Morin

Carole Morin (née Batt) passed away peacefully at home on Monday April 13^th, 2026 at the age of 88 years.

She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grand-mother and great grand-mother. She was a person who enjoyed visiting with friends and family, and loved to tell stories from the good old days. She gave great hugs, loved her evening coffee, a bowl of “bones” ice cream and snuggles with her favorite kitten she named Cuddles. One of her greatest pleasures was to knit blankets that she gave to many family members.

Carole, daughter of late Clifford Batt and late Florence (Fanny) Holland; wife of the late Vincent Morin; she leaves to mourn her beloved children Trenholm (Wanda), Scott, Karen (Robert). Adored Nana to her grandchildren Sarah, William (Jessica), Robyn (Julien), Kurtis (Megan), Madison and Devin, and her great grandchildren Kaylee and Shayla, Remy and Delilah.

She also leaves to mourn her brother Robert Batt (Iris), her sister-in-law Sylvia (late Wilfred), many nieces and nephews, as well as several other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Coopérative Funéraire de l’Estrie (485, rue du 24-Juin, Sherbrooke, QC). The service will follow immediately afterward at the Funeral Home Chapel, with a luncheon to be held after the ceremony.
