Clifford Michael Manus

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clifford Michael Manus on February 19th, 2026, at the age of 69. Clifford was born the youngest of four, and is survived by his siblings Robert, Arlene, and Rhonda Manus. Clifford was predeceased by his devoted parents, Arnold and Freda Manus, as well as his brother-in-law Dr. Harvey Alterman (Rhonda). Clifford was a loving uncle to Louisa, Seth, and Carly, and a Great Uncle to Adina and Evan. Clifford was born and raised in Montreal, and he loved his city deeply. He was a gifted athlete in his teenage years, and he carried a passion for music that spanned his lifetime. Despite many challenges, Clifford lived life on his own terms and never lost his sense of kindness. He will be remembered as a sensitive person and a survivor. He will be missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews, and close friends. May he rest in peace.

Graveside service on Wednesday, February 25, at 10:00 a.m. at the Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In Clifford’s memory, the family asks that donations be made to Paradis Urbain, an organization that provides psychosocial rehabilitation and community support
