Garry Ickman

Peacefully, on Monday, March 16, 2026, in his seventy-ninth year. Devoted husband of Ruth Shama for fifty-three years. Loving and very proud father and father-in-law of Elissa Ickman and Tony D’Alessandro, Michael Ickman and Bonnie Zylberberg. Special Papa of Max and Oliver. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Bunnie and the late David Trebilcock; and brother-in-law of Marlene Shama. Loving uncle of Danielle Bercovitch and George Angelopoulos, Lauren Liebert, the late Jon Trebilcock. Son of the late Edward and the late Rose. Garry will be missed by his family, friends, and all those who knew him. Special thanks to Dr. Paul Warshawsky and the entire ICU team at the Jewish General Hospital for their beyond incredible care and compassion. Much gratitude to Dr. Aimen Moussaddy and his team at The Neuro for their outstanding support and guidance.
