Hava (Eva) Kroo (née Jakubovics)

It is with deep sadness the family of Eva Kroo announces her passing on Sunday, March 29, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Nandor for fifty-eight years. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Danny Kroo and Mary-Joy Klein, Sharon Kroo and Michael Papernik. Cherished “Safta”of Ben, David and Avi; Sarah, Jonah. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Vera and the late Leslie Weintraub; and aunt of Michael and the late Tammy Weintraub. Surrounded by her loving family, she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside service on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery (B34), de la Savane . Shiva at her son’s home.
