Alfred Lee Marron, Jr. 63, of Baytown, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at his residence. He was born on November 2, 1962, in Baytown, to Concepcion Rios and the late Alfred Lee Marron, Sr. Alfred was a proud graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School, class of 1981. Dedicated to his faith in God, he was a long-time member of Trinity Episcopal Church, in Baytown.
Alfred made his career as a process technician in the oil and gas industry. He was extremely hard-working and instilled that ethic in his boys. He was also a great provider, making sure his children had everything they wanted growing up.
Alfred pursued many interests, some of which included fishing and bowling, in fact he bowled three perfect games of 300. He was an avid sports fan with his favorite teams being the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Astros. In his younger days he enjoyed playing softball as well. Alfred’s grandchildren were his pride and joy, and he attended their sporting events as often as possible. He also had an eye for fashion, always making sure he was up to date with the current trends. Alfred took pride in always looking good and keeping his car spotless. Above all, Alfred’s greatest joy came from the time spent with his precious family. They meant everything to him and would do anything for them without hesitation. He was a true Momma’s boy, spending many days at her house just enjoying the simple things in life like sitting around chatting or enjoying some of her delicious cooking.
Alfred was preceded in death by his father Alfred Sr.; and his sister-in-law Debbie Marron. He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory his mother Concepcion; his children Gary Marron and wife Alicia, Jeremy Marron and wife Nicole, and Kyle Marron; his grandchildren Michael, Paisley, and Jeremy Marron, Jr.; his brothers Mike Marron and David Marron and wife Vanessa; his nieces Morgan Marron Alms and husband Erik, Summer Marron, Skye Marron, Alexis Avaloz, and Breanna Avaloz; his nephew Noah Marron; his numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and his many cousins; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 5010 N Main St, Baytown, TX 77521, US, on May 8, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
