Anne Procter Davis

Our most dear & beloved Matriarch, Anne Proctor Davis, age 95, has passed on Saturday, May 16th, 2026, after a month long battle with health issues.

She was born October 22nd, 1930. Anne was a child of the Great Depression. Anne graduated from Dallas High School, Dallas Georgia, May 24th, 1948.

She was no stranger, to a challenge. Anne moved to Atlanta, by herself and worked in the banking industry; until she was approached by the United Sates, Federal Bureau of Investigations (F.B.I.). Anne worked next, in Washington, D.C. Becoming homesick, for her family, she moved back to Atlanta. Once back in Atlanta, she met her future Husband, Bill Davis. They were married and had three children. Together, they traveled to Europe twice and all over the United States.

Anne was preceded in death, by her most beloved Husband, Bill Davis; Daughter, Susan Leah Davis. She is survived by Sons, Ken Davis and Tommy Davis and Granddaughter, Amber Davis.

We will remember Anne’s life at 2:00 pm, Friday, May 22nd, 2026, in the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway South, Marietta, Georgia, 30060. The family will receive friends one our prior to the service. Following the service, Anne will be Entombed, on the grounds of Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
