Harvey Perry Ostin

Peacefully, at Maimonides on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in his eighty-first year. Beloved son of the late Nicholas and the late Freda Ostin. Cherished brother and brother-in-law of Marvin and Lynda Ostin, and Eilyne Ostin. Special uncle of Niki Ostin and Daryl Joffe, Penny Ostin and Andy Kubik, Elizabeth Ostin and Peter Young; and Nicholas Reich. Loving great uncle of Gemma, Maya, Owen, Stevie, and Elle. Harvey will be deeply missed by his friend Gilles St-Onge and by everyone whose life he touched. Special thanks to his caregiver Fay for her compassion; and the staff of 7 North at Maimonides for their exceptional care.

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, May 1 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Anshei Ukraina Congregation Cemetery, Anshei Ukraina Section, de la Savane.
