Linda Rae Stotts

Linda Rae Stotts, of Portland, OR, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at the age of 73.

Most of her career was spent at Shliefer furniture as a secretary in downtown Portland, before moving on to becoming a barista for Starbucks. After retirement, she spent time helping take care of her granddaughter, Cailey, with special needs. She spent a lot of her younger years camping and being outdoors with friends and family. She was passionate about being a grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, often taking them all for as long as she could get away with it. She was known for her kind heart, warm smile, and willingness to help others.

Linda Rae Stotts is survived by; her sister Susan of Portland, Oregon, her 2 daughters Tina Nelson of Fairview, Oregon, Michelle Guthmiller of Sahuarita, Arizona, 5 grandchildren, Jake, Ashley Alexis, Cailey, Kaj and 4 great grandchildren, Kayden, Maci, Ava and Easton.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Meredeth, Sandy, Cheryl and her brothers Gordon and Terry.

A gathering will be held on Saturday, June 6th from 11 a.m. To 3 p.m. at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home at 520 West Powell Blvd in Gresham, Oregon. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories.
