He loved to cut grass and keep his yard always looking pristine.
A faithful member of Saint Teresa Catholic Church, Louis deeply loved his Catholic faith. He devoted countless years serving others as a Eucharistic minister, bringing communion to homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes, offering comfort and care to those who were sick or unable to attend church. He was also active in the St. Teresa's Men's Club and the Legion of Mary, and treasured time spent in adoration chapel and prayer.
Earlier in life, Louis enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards—especially euchre—and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals. More than anything, he loved his family and cherished every moment spent together.
