Norman Wexelman

Peacefully, in his beloved Ste. Agathe, at the age of ninety-five, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Cherished husband of Irene Dubrofsky for seventy-three years. Loving father and father-in-law of Elliott and Kathi, Howard and Shari, Stuart and Allison and former daughter-in-law Shari. Treasured "Papa Norm" of Alex, Marni and fiancé Jesse Sloane, and Romy; Becca and Zoe. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Ronnie Wexelman and Gertie Wexelman and Lila Cutler, Marilyn Dubrofsky, Irwin and Toby Wexelman; brother-in-law of Ruby and Sandra Dubrofsky and the late Lottie and the late Bernie Kornbluth. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Norman had the good fortune of living a long and healthy life surrounded by his loving wife and family. In lieu of a donation, he would prefer you do a mitzvah – show kindness.

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W., on Wednesday June 3, at 12 noon. Burial at the Beth Ora Congregation section, Kehal Israel cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at Ruby Foo’s Hotel on Wednesday following the burial until 5:00 p.m., continuing at 401-27 Rue Larocque E. Ste Agathe Des Monts, Thursday through Monday.
