Patrick Conor O’Leary passed away on May 15,2026 after a long illness. He was born to Paul and Linda O’Leary on March 29, 1980, in High Wycombe, England.
He is survived by his son, Liam O’Leary and Liam’s mother, Laura O’Leary of Stafford, Va. His daughter Cori Guevara and her husband Juan Guevara of Midlothian, VA.
His mother, Linda O’Leary of Chesapeake, Va. Sister Coleen Stout and nephew Chayse Stout of Belmont, NC. His aunt Jodie Le Roux of Pembroke, MA as well as multiple cousins and many friends. He is predeceased by his father Paul O’Leary and sister Shannon O’Leary of Chesapeake, Va.
Patrick was a very involved father who spent a lot of time volunteering as a coach for rec soccer and occasionally for the TOPS program for children with learning and physical disabilities.
A memorial service will be held on June 13, 2026, at 1pm at the Deep Creek United Methodist Church at 141 George Washington Highway N, Chesapeake VA 23323. In lieu of flowers, Laura will be collecting donations (Venmo, cash or check) to make a one-time donation to the Stafford Soccer TOPS program or donations directly to Deep Creek Methodist Church in memory of Patrick.
