It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra "Sam" Jo Crawford (nee Hobson) who passed away at the age of 60, at home surrounded by her children and siblings.
Following a brief yet courageous battle with cancer Sandra will forever be deeply missed by her husband Ron, and her children Cassandra (Keith), Ryan (Miranda) and Courtney (Charlie). She will be forever missed by her father Gerry Hobson, her brothers Dave (Josee), Doug (Shannon) and her sisters Patti (Perry), Marianne (Roger) and Valerie.
She is predeceased by her mother Josephine Hobson and older sister Donna. Cremation has already taken place but the family wish to invite you to a Celebration of her life to be held at Ye Old Squires, 550 Fennell Avenue E. Hamilton, Ontario on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 4-8pm.
Donations may be made in Sandra's honour to the Hamilton SPCA. The family wish to send a special thank you to the staff at the Juravinski Cancer Clinic for their care and compassion.
