Mr. Ernie Thomas of Calumet passed away peacefully on Thursday March 26th, 2026 at the age of 96. Predeceased by his beloved wife Beverly. He was well loved, dear father to Julie, John (Cheryl) and Tracy. Brother to Karen (Ted) and brother-in-law to Audrey. Proud grandfather to Katherine (Steve), Spencer (Yasmine), Hannah (James), Josh, Richard (Cass) and Kayla. Great grandfather to Trevor. Cousin and uncle to many.

He lived an adventurous life filled with music surrounded by family. He will be deeply missed always remembered, never forgotten.

The family will welcome friends and family at Desforges Funeral Home on Saturday May 9th 2026 from 9 AM. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel Saturday May 9th at 11 AM.
