At his home in Châteauguay, surrounded by loved ones, on July 23, 2026, at the age of 61, Alain Grenier passed away. He leaves behind his wife Guylaine Dagenais, his daughter Maude, his son Benjamin, their two beloved dogs Billie and Roucky, his sisters Marjolaine and Joanne (Denis), and other relatives and friends. He joins his parents, Paul-Émile and Thérèse, and all whom he loved. His family will receive condolences on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 2 PM to 4 PM at Complexe funéraire Stéphane Gendron, 110 rue St-Laurent (corner Richardson), Beauharnois, J6N 1V7. A farewell ceremony will follow at 4 PM in the chapel of the salon. The family sincerely thanks the healthcare staff at the Neurological Hospital and CLSC, especially the home aides for their caring and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Quebec ALS Society are appreciated.
