Our beloved Alison Nicole McWain, age 41, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, passing away in Dallas, Texas.
Alison’s journey began on July 6, 1985, in Lufkin, Texas, when she blessed the lives of her parents, James and Le Ann McWain.Raised in Bryan, Texas, she later graduated from Tyler Lee High School in 2002. Alison truly knew how to embrace the beauty of life. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of traveling to new places, shopping, and above all, celebrating every moment with the people she held closest to her heart. To her family and friends, Alison was a brilliant ray of sunshine. She radiated a pure, contagious joy and possessed a rare, beautiful kindness that made every single person in her presence feel uniquely special and deeply loved. Her vibrant enthusiasm for life will be forever missed but never forgotten.Waiting to welcome her into eternity is her beloved mother, Le Ann McWain; her grandparents; and her sweet niece, Carissa McWain-Teubert.
Her beautiful memory will be forever cherished by her father, James McWain; her brother, Lee McWain and his wife Debra; her sister, Angela Birdwell and her husband Garrett; sister, Jana McWain; her adored nieces, Haley and Sarah Birdwell; and her nephews, William McWain and Ryder Birdwell, alongside an abundance of loved ones and friends.In comfort and faith, her family holds onto the promise of Romans 8:39, knowing that nothing "shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
