Born on August 7, 1936, in Santiago de Cuba to Flora and Ramón Lloreda, she carried her Cuban heritage with pride, strength, and unmistakable warmth throughout her life. She is survived by her beloved sibling, Maria Teresa Juango, her children Jose Labrador, Betsy Galbis (daughter-in-law), Maria (Mayle) Labrador, Rodolfo A. Serna, Jorge A. Serna, Ana M. Serna (daughter-in-law), her grandchildren, Joseph Labrador, Carolina Serna and Jorge A. Serna, her great grandchildren, Kendall Labrador, Kinsey Labrador and Calli Labrador, each of whom brought her immense joy and purpose.
She pursued her education with determination, studying Chemical Engineer in Cuba, then becoming a Medical Technologist and later on a degree in Business Administration and Management from Biscayne College - a reflection of her intelligence, discipline, and commitment to bettering the lives of others.
A woman of passion and presence, she loved cooking, animals, and the rich traditions of her Cuban roots. She expressed herself openly and unapologetically, living with a boldness that made her unforgettable. Her entrance into any room was felt — vibrant, confident, and full of life.
She leaves behind a legacy of authenticity, resilience, and love. She will be deeply and undeniably missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Religious Ceremony will be held at St. Agatha Catholic Church, 1111 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33174, US, on April 23, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
A Committal Service will follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th St, Doral, FL 33172, US, on April 23, 2026, at 10:30 am.
