With sadness, we announce the sudden death of Anne in her 92 nd year; predeceased by Doug, her loving husband of 65 years, and parents Olive (Smillie) and Ken Nourse.
Anne is survived by children: Steven (Alison) of Kanata, ON, Brian of Baie d’Urfe, QC; grandchildren: Victoria and Grace; Sister Nancy Rudderham of Mississauga, ON, as well as an extended family in the Ottawa, Toronto, B.C. and Colorado areas.
Anne grew up in Richmond, QC and attended Albert College, Belleville, ON. Having a passion for history, she traced family history back to Barbados and the UK. For many years a faithful volunteer at NOVA Thrift Shop (benefiting the former Victoria Order of Nurses) in Ste Anne de Bellevue; she will be greatly missed there, as well as in her church family at Briarwood Presbyterian.
Memorial celebration to be held at Briarwood Presbyterian Church, 70 Beaconsfield Blvd, Beaconsfield, Quebec, H9W 3Z3 – Saturday, October 24 th 2026 at 2 p.m. with reception following.
