Barbara A Creamer

Barbara A Creamer, 87, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on April 25, 2026. Born on August 21, 1938, Barbara will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who had the privilege to know her.

Barbara devoted her working life to serving others as an elementary teacher, offering steady guidance and care in the classroom and leaving a meaningful mark through a life of quiet dedication.

Above all, Barbara loved spending time with her family, and the warmth of those moments remains a lasting part of her legacy. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Bamburg; her son, Rick Creamer (Joy); her grandsons, Jason Murphy, Matthew Creamer (Jess), and Dustin Sherrill; her granddaughters, Erin Murphy and Lauren Thomson (Scott); her bonus granddaughters, Ellen Pedeaux (Sean) and Kathryn Green (Garrett); and her great grandsons, Kindlin Murphy, Lincoln Thomson, Nolan Thomson, Levi Creamer, Kaleb Creamer, Walker Pedeaux, and Reid Pedeaux.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Creamer; her father, Waddie Asseff; her mother, Helen Asseff; her sister, Mary Martien; and her brothers, George Asseff, Sam Asseff, Robert Asseff, Walter Asseff, and John Asseff.

A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
