Barry Keith Bell was born on February 14, 1961, in El Paso, TX and passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026.He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose creativity and kindness touched the lives of many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Artches Bell Sr. and Josh Lavern (Moore) Bell.Growing up in a loving family as the eighth of eleven children, Barry was known for his supportive nature and the joy he brought to family gatherings. His artistic talent was evident from a young age, and he became an amazing artist, mastering the craft of caricatures and comics. Barry had a unique ability to bring characters to life, and he could draw virtually anything placed in front of him, often leaving those around him in awe of his skill.Barry's passion for art led him to become a professional caricature artist at Walt Disney World. He also worked for Texas Art Supply in Houston, TX, a trusted destination for professional artists, educators, students, and hobbyists. During his time there, he became a Storyboard Artist, where he collaborated directly with a film director to translate screenplays into dynamic, sequential storyboard panels. His time at both organizations were not just jobs; they were dreams come true, allowing him to blend his love for storytelling and illustration.Beyond his artistic pursuits, Barry was known for his warm heart and genuine spirit. He cherished every moment spent with his family, sharing laughter and creating memories that would last a lifetime. His ability to connect with people made him a cherished friend to many.Barry is survived by his siblings: Delois Butler, Artches Bell Jr. (Joyce), Ralph Edward Bell (Evita), Demetra Bell, Deniese Baisley (Samuel), Richard Allen Bell (Denise), Charles Lee Bell, Patrice Keith (Carlos), Timothy Bell, and Janette Marie Braverman (Mitchell). He is also remembered fondly by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.Barry will be dearly missed. His spirit of creativity, love for family, and joyful presence will forever remain in our hearts.
