Carlene “Charlie” Gail Cox, 85, of Tempe, AZ, passed away peacefully September 25, 2026.
She was born in Peoria, IL on September 24, 1941. Charlie graduated from New Berlin High School, New Berlin, Illinois.
Charlie loved her smokes, cokes and lemon oreo cookies!
She was married to David Earl Cox who predeceased her.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia Cacy and son Thomas Cox. Grandchildren Stephanie Conlon and Alycia Samano. Great grandchildren Joshua Steiner, Jennifer, Ava and Kade Conlon and Jonathan, Jordan and Jayden Samano. Her sister, Sandra K. DeVaney (Leno Meneghetti) and brother John Gary (Becky) Silvernail.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Chatham, IL.
