Carol Joyce Noll

It's with heartfelt feelings that family announces the passing of Carol Joyce Noll (Cary) at the age of 89. Carol passed peacefully in the arms of Jesus on July 16, 2025 at Lewis County SNF in Lowville, New York.

Carol was born in Cobleskill, New York on October 21st, 1935 to the parents of Mark Cary II and Gertrude Cary. She resided in Cobleskill and graduated from the high school there in 1953. She later met and married Harry Post in Rome N.Y. In 1956, Carol and Harry started their family and had their first child in Rome, a son Kevin. They then moved to Cherry Valley N.Y. where they continued to grow their family (daughter Teresa and Michelle). While living in Cherry Valley, Carol was employed as a secretary for the principal at Cherry Valley Central School, then later as Clerk Treasurer for the mayor of Cherry Valley. Carol also supported Harry's business, "Harry's tv". Eventually, the family moved to Florida due to a job transfer. Years after Harry passed in 1986, Carol remarried to John Noll in Florida.

Carol was very extroverted and active, loved being around people, enjoyed dancing and singing. She was a professional singer for many years. She was active in the VFW, The American Legion and Moose Lodge.

Predeceased family members include her father Mark Cary II, mother Gertrude Cary, first husband Harry Post, second husband John Noll, brother Mark Cary III, grandson Shane Post, and niece Diana Cary.

Left behind are her children Kevin Post (Diane), Teresa Snyder (Jerry), Michelle Doyle (Dan); grandchildren Tim Donnelly, Ashley Pigg (Snyder), Brandon Snyder, Sahara Post; great grandchildren Hadley, Koby, Bentley, Remy, Ryker, Krew Pigg, Braelynn, Isabella Valencourt; nieces, nephews, and god-daughter. She will be forever missed but joyfully reunited with loved ones.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 1:30pm at Dorsey - E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461.
