Carolyn C. Penney, age 85 of Pearl River, LA, passed on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Carolyn was born in New Orleans, LA on September 6, 1941 to Samuel Raymond Cullia and Leah Damasse Hug Cullia.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Anderson Page, Sr.; and her parents, Samuel and Leah Cullia.
Survivors include her loving husband, Wayne Frank Penney; her children, Robert Anderson Page, Jr. and Patricia Page Bordlee (Brian); her grandson, Thomas William Tynes, Jr.; and her step-sister, Rosie Cullia (Edwin).
Carolyn was a native of New Orleans and a longtime former resident of Bucktown. She retired as a Physical Therapist Technician from East Jefferson General Hospital after 25 years of service.
A private family graveside service will be held in Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
