He surrendered to cancer peacefully, surrounded by and supported by the love of his family and friends.
Cecil will be gravely missed by his adoring wife, Cheryl; his loving children, Julie (Alex) and Corey. His precious grandchildren, Devon (Jasmin), Allyson (Fred), Marcus (Elora), and Brooklynn and his great-grandson Theodore.
His many siblings include Willie, Joyce (Larry), Lillian, Norma, Wilford, Geraldine (Steve), Debbie (Jose), Doug (Cathy), Donald (Liz), Kenny (Nancy), Randy, and Mark (Pauline). He will be reunited with his late mother & father, Archie and Evadna, and his brothers Robin, Roy, Priscilla, James, and David, as well as his late father-in-law Leslie Doyle.
Cecil will also be deeply missed by his mother-in-law Mona Doyle; his brother- and sister-in-law, Daryl and Karen; and his many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
Cecil touched the lives of many people throughout his time on earth with his kindness, love, incredible smile, silliness and laughter. He will live on through the people he loved, the lives he touched, and the countless memories we will share of him.
