Charlene Dale Carruth passed on May 4, 2026, at the age of 81, having been born on April 17, 1945 in San Francisco, CA.
Mrs. Carruth worked at Sams Club for 30 years.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Mike Watson of Texarkana,TX;son Michael Carruth of TN; brother, Virgil Fike of Genoa, AR. five grandchildren, Lisa Watson, Shawn Watson, Allison Lamb, Katlin Carruth and Steven Merke; niece, Brandy Dempsey and husband Billy.
Memorial service will at a later date.
