Cheryl O’Brien was devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Seggie & Jacqueline LaPuma.
She is survived by her children: Antoinette O’Brien Ellithorpe, Brandi O’Brien Mayclin, and Aaron O’Brien. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren; Tylor Mayclin, Cassidy O’Brien Dick, Victoria Mayclin, AJ O’Brien Dick, Aidan O’Brien Dick, Shea O’Brien, and Aubrey O’Brien. And great grandmother to Isabella and soon to be Clover, who brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her sister, Christine Yamane, and her brother John Seggie, along with many nieces and nephews who will hold her memory in their hearts.
A Funeral Service will be held at Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary, 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683, US, on May 18, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Committal Service at External Service Location, 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683, US, on May 18, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
