Cletus A. Dethy, 91, of Greenville, Indiana, passed on August 16, 2026, in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on April 26, 1935, in New Albany, Indiana, to Charles and Amelia Dethy. Cletus was a long-time employee of United Parcel Service in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a lifelong member of Saint Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church. Cletus enjoyed the outdoors and gardening.He is survived by his wife, Jean Dethy; children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and friends. A funeral mass will be held at Saint Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church on August 20, 2026, and he will be laid to rest at Saint Mary of the Knobs Catholic Cemetery.
