Debbie Sue Caldwell

Debbie Sue Caldwell 78, died August 21, 2026 in Jacksonville Florida. She was born October 4, 1947 in Covington, KY.She was a graduate from Forest High School class of 1965. She worked for many years with Wolchok Eye Associates.She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Norma Ficke, her grandparents, Aunt Cookie and her brother-in-law Joe Bucki.She is survived by her husband of 48 years Jim Caldwell, sons Scott Combs, Corey Combs (Danese), Grandchildren Jonathan and Thomas Combs, Ashton Combs and Alex Treloar, her sister Cheryl Bucki. We were blessed with three great granddaughters.We have many friends and neighbors that have provided us with help and prayers through this difficult time. A special thanks to Community Hospice and our daughter-in-law Danese. We could not have made it through these final days without her assistance.Graveside services will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville Florida at 11:30am on Saturday September 5, 2026 with Pastor Kevin King of Switzerland Community Church officiating.In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity.
