Delfina Moya Gonzalez, 81, of Tyler, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Briarcliff Health Center in Tyler. She was born on June 29, 1945 in Edinburg, Texas to Antonio Moya and Rafaelita Ramirez.Dell attended Edinburg High School. She was united in marriage to Jesus J. “Jessie” Gonzalez. She worked as a district manager for Havana Shoes in Brownsville. Dell was a member of the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception in Tyler. Her life was centered around her family and loved family gatherings. Dell enjoyed the outdoors, dancing, going to car shows, and watching western movies.She is survived by her five daughters, Ida (Samuel) Trevino, Zenaida Garcia, Evelyn (Jose) Martinez, Abby Chacon, and Lorry Gonzalez; brother, Antonio Moya III; sister, Molly Moya; sixteen grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; brother, Heriberto Montemayor; and sister, Guadalupe Sanchez.Dell was preceded in death by her Father, Antonio Moya; mother, Rafaelita Ramirez; husband, Jesus “Jessie” Gonzalez; sisters, Josephina Garcia and Amadita Colon; and brother, Antonio Moya Jr.
