Wade is preceded in death by his parents, James and Sarah Spradlin; his first wife, Janice Champion Spradlin and his second wife Joy Johnson Spradlin; daughter, Mia Tidwell; Wade is also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Wade is survived by his son, Robert Burcham; daughter, Janet Gutierrez (Migual Ogaz); Wade is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, sister Charlotte Howard (Jerry) and a host of nieces and nephews. Wades greatest enjoyment was watching his western shows and Jurassic Park. Wade had a great sense of humor and loved pestering people every chance he got and he will be missed by all who knew him.
