Doris Lee Gray Brown, 86, passed on May 6, 2026 at Alpine Health & Rehabilitation of Asheboro.
Doris was the daughter of the late Isaac and Evie Langley Gray and was also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Brown; daughter, Phyllis Elliott; sister, Polly Gray; and brothers, Burley Gray, Charlie Gray and James "JW" Gray.
She leaves behind daughter, Mary Burke (Robert) and Lisa Brown (Don); sister, Bonnie Ritter; brother, Isaac "Ike" Gray; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Doris will be laid to rest at Shiloh Methodist Church in Liberty; the family will hold a private service.
