Dorothyann was born to John Williams Sr. and Edith (Ward) Williams on May 28, 1938, in Meeker, CO. On January 9, 1957, Dorothyann married Conrad at the Danforth Chapel in Ft. Collins, CO. They had the honor of celebrating 58 years of marriage together. To this union, three children were born. The family resided in several areas including: Meeker, Craig and Steamboat Springs.

Dorothyann spent her childhood and attended schools in Meeker. She worked for the attorney’s office in Meeker and later the Soil Conservation office in Steamboat Springs. She enjoyed spending her free time soaking in the hot springs, snowmobiling the Freeman area, reading, and genealogy research. She was an avid cat lover and always had at least one cat in the house. Dorothyann was always very quick witted and often referred to by her family as the second-generation of looney sisters. Upon retirement, Dorothyann and Conrad returned to Craig so they could be closer to their grandchildren and enjoy watching them grow up. She was a devoted wife, beloved mother, and grandmother who cherished and idolized her grandchildren, and her cats.

Dorothyann is survived by her two daughters, Debbie (Foster) Beckett and Kimarie Hazelbaker; her siblings, Rosemary Crosthwaite and John (Denise) Williams; sister-in-law, Beverly Prosence; two grandchildren, Hannah (Mason) Updike; and Colby (Karlie) Beckett; and great-granddaughter, Reagan Updike. Dorothyann is preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Hazelbaker; son, Kevin Hazelbaker; brother-in-law, Clayton Hazelbaker; niece, Britney Williams; nephew, Mike Crosthwaite; great-nephew, Michael Williams; and her parents.
