Ellen Denise Kingfisher

Ellen Denise (Pritchett) Kingfisher was born August 18, 1983 in Tahlequah, the daughter of Willie and Sharon (Scott) Pritchett. Ellen grew up in the Hulbert area and graduated from Hulbert High School, where she was a cheerleader during her time as a Rider. She later attended Northeastern State University and spent many years working as a nurse aide, caring for others in the medical field. She loved children and babies, especially her son Memphis, and was known for her beautiful smile, playful personality, and sometimes silly, clumsy nature.

Ellen enjoyed fishing, hunting for treasures at yard sales, frogs and elephants, and going on spontaneous trips. She loved food, especially Chinese, pizza, pork steak, butter, raw potatoes, and watermelon. Ellen passed away on August 7, 2026, at 42 years old, leaving behind her son Memphis, her family, and many friends who loved her dearly. She is remembered for her love, smile, and the little things that made her who she was.
