In Loving Memory ofElvia Teresa DominguezMay 6, 1954 - May 29, 2026It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elvia Teresa Dominguez who passed away on May 29, 2026 at the age of 72.Elvia was born on May 6, 1954 in San Luis Potosí, Mexico to Francisca and Mariano Olvera. She grew up in El Paso, and went on to become a NICU nurse and nurse educator in Los Angeles, California before retiring and returning to El Paso, Texas.Known for her intellect, and green thumb, Teresa touched the lives of many through her hospitality and cooking. She enjoyed reading, found great joy in staying up late reading a good book.Teresa is survived by her daughter Veronica Dominguez and grandson Noah Dominguez. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.A funeral will be held on June 10th at 4 pm at Funeraria Angel Evergreen East. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Teresa’s life.Plants may be brought to the funeral home in her memory.
