Fleurette Ayotte (1947-2026) died on September 9, 2026, at the age of 79. She was the wife of André Chevrette and lived in Sainte-Mélanie. She left behind her children François (Marie-Pier Lafond), Sylvain (Chantal Pronovost), France; grandchildren Maxime (Marie-Soleil), William (Mégan), Clara, Julien; and 8 great-grandchildren Léa-Rose, Livia, Maïka, Louis, Elliott, Isaac, Liam, Félix. She also leaves her siblings Germaine (Denis), Lucille (Guy), Raymond, Gabrielle (Gaétan), Louise (Sylvain), and the late Michel. Many relatives and friends mourn her passing. The funeral service was held at Résidence Funéraire de Lanaudière in Saint Charles-Borromée.
