Frank is survived by his wife, Anna; his children, Elena (Eaton, Andrew), Jerome (Stephanie), Thomas (Christine), and Frank; and his grandchildren, Francesco, Reagan, Katherine, Christina, Anthony, Daniel, and Julianna.
Visitation was held at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, 234 Broadway, Bethpage, NY 11714, on June 8, 2026, with service times from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 500 S Oyster Bay Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801, on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 am. Interment took place at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590, on June 9, 2026.
