Franklin Clement Richards

Franklin “Frank” Clement Richards, 67, of Baytown, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Saint Lucia, on November 17, 1958, to the late Manviell Louis and Mary Joseph. Frank made his career as an industrial electrician working for the government, then Hess Corporation, before moving to the United States in 1990. Soon after, he settled in Baytown, Texas where he continued his career as an electrician until the time of his death.

Frank was always a very friendly and social person; he made friends everywhere he went. He had a good heart; he would go out of his way to help others in need whenever he could. He pursued many interests, some of which included traveling, gardening, music and home projects. Above all, his greatest joy came from the precious time spent with his family and friends.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother Ephrain “Sibina” Richard. He leaves to cherish his loving memory his daughters Tracy Leon and Charlyn Emmanuel; his grandsons Tristan Auguste, Ozichi and Omari Nnolin; his brother Lydia “Gigo” Phillip; his bonus mom Theresa Rene; his numerous nieces and nephews; and his many cousins; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
