Freda Mammina, 89, of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away on April 16, 2026. Born on July 4, 1936, she lived a long life marked by her career as a speech pathology teacher, worldwide travels, close friends and most importantly her close family. Freda also gave time back to her community volunteering at her synagogue Temple Beth Am of Margate.

She was the wife of the late Tony Mammina, sister of Jeanne Brna (John), aunt to nephews Phil Brna (Veronica), Paul Brna (Michele), Rob Brna (Spring), Martin Brna and John Brna (Eleanor), great aunt to nieces and nephews Natalie Brna, Isabelle Brna, John Andrew Brna and Jeffrey Brna. Loving cousin of Gary Weichselbaum and Henny Katz.

Beloved in the truest sense of the word, Freda will be remembered with enduring respect and affection. Her presence, and the place she held in the hearts of others, remains a lasting part of her legacy.
