A visitation will be held at Tanner Chapel AME Church, 20th S. 8th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034, on May 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Tanner Chapel AME Church, 20 S. 8th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034, on May 15, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
