Helma Roedling Taylor, 92 of Elizabethtown, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Signature Healthcare.
She was a native of Darmstadt, Germany and was blessed with a long and well lived life, marked by love and strength, and dedication to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilhelm and Emma Roedling; her devoted husband, Frederick B. Taylor, Jr.; a son, Benny Roedling; and nine siblings, all of whom she outlived.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Rosita Applewhite (Robert) and Marcelline Callahan; two sons, Frederick B. Taylor III (Peggy) and Gary Taylor (Tracy); along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will deeply miss her.
A graveside service is at 12 PM Noon on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Hardin Memorial Park in Elizabethtown.
Visitation will be from 9 AM to 11:45 AM on Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
