Holly Jean Deaton

Holly Jean Deaton, 81, of San Antonio Texas, passed away on August 11th. To reunite with her loving husband Donald William Deaton.

Holly Jean Deaton was born in San Antonio Texas to Hazel Roberta Calhoun Wilson and Hallard Wilson on June 10, 1945. She went to school at Harlandale High School. She married Donald William Deaton on August 15, 1962 in San Antonio Tx.

Holly is preceded in death by her beloved husband, her brother Gary Wilson, and her parents.

Holly is survived by her daughter Dayna Deaton, her son Donald Deaton Jr, and his wife Gracie Deaton, her brother George Wilson, her granddaughters Maddison Miley Lorenz, Amber Gomez, and spouse Andrew Gomez, Ariel Deaton, Auburn Deaton, her great grandchildren, Ayla Gomez, Aria Gomez, her Nephews, Warren Wilson, Bracey Wilson, Dale Wilson, Scott Wilson, and daughter Danelle Wilson, David Wilson, and his wife Michelle Wilson, and Daughter Alexis Wilson, and niece Kimberly Wilson.

Pallbearers will be Donald Deaton Jr, Warren Wilson, Dale Wilson, Scott Wilson, David Wilson, and Dayna Deaton if needed.

Viewing for family 10am Monday August 24, 2026 with graveside service at 11am. Burial will follow at Sunset Funeral Home . Arrangements are by Sunset Funeral Home..
