Jackie Ray Garrard, 82, passed from this life on September 12, 2026, in Oklahoma City. Jackie was born on April 16, 1944, in Seminole, Oklahoma, to Theo and Nancy Garrard.
Proceeding Jackie in death is his Granny Sea; parents, Theo and Nancy Garrard; siblings, Lethabelle, Marie, Harold, Louise, John, Theo Jr., Gleo, Trudy, and Johnny Mack.
Jackie is survived by his loving wife, Cleada; children, Carol and Randy McCarlson, Stevie and Marie Gibson, Tammy Clark, and Karen and Nick Wilkes; grandchildren, Chad, Telichia, Chaulsey, Deszon, Charity, Dereka, Chasity, Landon, Chaylnn, Nicole, Taylor, and Stevie Jr; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home At Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK, on September 16, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Funeral will be on September 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
Committal will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
