Funeral service for James "Rabbit" Lee Whitman will be Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 2PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-2 at the funeral home.
Mr. Whitman passed on May 11, 2026, at the age of 50.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Earl Whitman and brother-in-law, Dewayne Isbell.
Survivors are his wife, Marsha Whitman, step-children, Carl Isbell (Raven), Charles Ingram (Reba), brother, Johnny Whitman (Rachel), parents, Roy and Glenda Whitman, sister-in-law, Shelby Butler (Tim), several step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Johnathan Whitman, Timmy Butler, Robbie Lyner, David Isbell, James Kilgore, Joshua Bevels, Timothy Patterson.
